Part Time 18 hours per week – Term Time Only
Chudleigh Pre-School is looking for an Office Manager to join our team.
The role is offered on a part-time basis (18 hours per week from Monday – Thursday) the work is mainly conducted during term time, however some work is needed during school holiday periods. Initially this role will be offered on a fixed term basis for six months, but with the view to making the position permanent.
The Office Manager role is a salaried position paid at £7100 per annum (£17,667 FTE). Chudleigh Pre-School is a charity, covering two sites in Chudleigh, which provides high quality care for local children aged between 2-5 years of age. We are very proud of what we do and are looking for the right person to be part of our small team. The Office Manager role is critical to the running of Chudleigh Pre-School and reports to the Committee Chair. We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated, efficient, and friendly person to fill this role. Excellent administration and computer skills are key requirements, and you must be able to work accurately and efficiently, with discretion and confidentiality. This is an outward facing role and thus excellent communication with children, parents, staff and volunteers is essential.
