Chudleigh Pre-school is a busy, ‘dual’ sited charity Pre-School meeting the needs of the children in and around the town. Three years ago Chudleigh Preschool celebrated its 50th Birthday!  Both sites are run by the same Leadership and Management team made up of both staff and committee. There is complete continuity of care and provision between the two sites. Our staff are highly qualified specialist, including 3 Early Years teachers. Our ethos is to offer high quality care and provision to all the children attending Chudleigh Pre-School.

Chudleigh Pre-school is run by a voluntary committee made up of mainly parents. The Committee is responsible for hiring staff, paying the bills and overseeing the running of the pre-school.

We have regular committee meetings and these are open for all parents to attend. A list of committee members is available below. This information can also be found on our noticeboards at both sites.

All Committee members are vetted by Ofsted and the Disclosure and Barring Service. We are members of the Pre-school Learning Alliance (PLA) and are registered with Ofsted. We have two Ofsted numbers as we operate on a split site.
